Job Description
Pipe leak under the bathroom floor, and dripped onto ceiling - part of ceiling removed to investigate and leak found - I think the section of pipe needs replacing.
Also would like isolation valve on the hot and cold pipe running to the bathroom sink.
First thing any morning is fine or any time after 6pm
