One wall requiring covering. Paper already purchased.

We hired Craig to wallpaper a feature wall in our bedroom and a wall on our staircase. He provided a quote on the spot and seemed very competitive...
After Craig had completed the job we noticed a number of gaps, overlaps and tears in the wallpaper at the top and bottom of the paper - it looked as if the knife used to cut the paper had not been sharp enough.
We contacted Craig to rectify these issues, however due to clashing schedules Craig decided to refund the labour cost and not return to the job.

1.When i called back all i was shown was a small crease and a small gap on the staircase so it was agreed that i would replace and pay for the extra wallpaper there was no mention of " number of gaps,overlaps and tears top and bottom" if there was i would have offered to put them right as well. 2.As for not returning to do the job,it was arranged for me to come back the following saturday at 10 oclock only for you to call me at 9.20 on the day saying it wasnt convenient so i offered to call over anytime the following week which you then said you work during the day and didnt want me over in the evenings so after nearly 4 weeks of not being able to arrange a suitable time i thought the best thing to do was to offer a full refund
