Specification of Works for Quotation:
• Strip out existing kitchen.
• Fit new kitchen and worktops.
- 5 wall units & 6 base units.
- Fit plinths, cornices & pelmet.
- Swap dishwasher & fridge position and plumb in dishwasher.
- Fit new sink and plumb in.
- Fit new electric cooker & cooker hood.
- Mastic seal work tops.
• Additional works = fit shelves under stair cupboard (3No).
