Job Description
To excavate four pad stones 1m sq x 1 metre deep for foundation pads for carport. Easy access. Tough dig as ground is stone and brash. Fill excavation with concrete ready for posts for carport. Tidy site and remove spoil.
This is the minimum work required to start within 3yr planning limit on planning permission grant for 4 bed house scheduled for next year. Quote needed for labour, materials and machinery.
