Job Description
We would like to expand our existing loft conversion to cover the whole house. Currently it covers on the front portion of the house. This would enable us to turn it into two bedrooms instead of one, with possibly also a shower room. We are hoping this can be done without planning permission by staying within the 40m2 limit. However, we will need structural calculations and building regulation approval.

Roy is a very nice guy and produced excellent plans for us very quickly. However, he promised to submit them to the council backing March but has never done this. Its now July and umpteen phone calls and messages later he has never responded and I am having to submit the plans to the council myself! This has wasted a lot of time when we could be having the builders in now if he had done as he promised. A shame because he is a very nice bloke.
