Job Description
Three rooms require decorating,
Master bedroom is 15 x 10 ft,
3 Walls to be lined and 1 wall to be finished with a feature wallpaper.
The lined Walls will all be magnolia and the ceiling will be White emulsion, the skirting boards and door frames will all be White gloss.
Hall is 15 x 8 ft over the ground and upstairs.
4 Walls to be lined and 1 wall to be finished with a feature wallpaper.
The lined Walls will all be magnolia and the ceiling upstairs will match the wallpaper on the ceiling downstairs and will require to be painted White emulsion.
The door frames and skirting boards and the staircase all to be White gloss.
Dining room is 11 x 11 ft
4 Walls to be lined and 1 feature wall to be painted.
The lined Walls will be magnolia and the ceiling will be White emulsion, door frames and skirting boards are to be White gloss.
We will supply the feature wallpaper and feature paint for the dining room, if you can quote for the remaining materials in your total price.
Work can be done weekends and from 4pm onwards during the week.

The Walls are in good condition and have only a few hairline cracks in the plaster, there are no windows to paint and only 1 window ledge in each of the rooms.
