Job Description
i would like to have a single extension to the rear of the existing kitchen built and the wall between kitchen and dining room removed (load bearing) to create a kitchen diner in a 1930's terraced house. I think that this falls into permitted development. No plans drawn up yet so architectural design / planning is also required.
