Please do not judge us on this review please look at every other review we have. (Review Explained here) We Attended this job within 2hrs of contacting client the part was no longer being made. had to find a suitable replacement . Rang client agree price next day. Client was away on hoildays and did not receive our messages no signal. They rang Monday to confirm. Informed tenant when part arrives we will contact. Client cancelled day prior to part ariving total 6 days later time for part not uncommon. Payment was 28+vat for the 1hr we attend and assessed the problem so we are unsure as to why we are just wanting money we were paid for what we did and not for sourcing and find parts.
