Job Description
We are planning a single storey side-return extension on our semi-detached home in Dunstable and are at the beginning of the process of having plans drawn. The side-return extension we have in mind would accommodate an expanded kitchen, perhaps a small utility room, downstairs cloakroom and, if space allows, an additional storage cupboard. Our total build cost budget available to us (including new kitchen units and finishes) is approximately ₤35,00-40,000.
