Job Description
i have a baxi duotec boiler 3 yrs old which needs serviced and a safety cert . also there is a problem with the boiler that i need diagnosed and fixed. the pressure keeps going up and heat to the rads cant be controlled without turning the boiler off. need it sorted mon or tue if poss. the property is tenanted but i will be able to make payment via instant balance transfer as soon as work is completed.
need someone to go round and diagnose the problem , provide a competitve quote for the work and then do it.
