Job Description
Improving existing bathroom (approx 2.9m x 1.5m) which currently has bath, basin & WC fitted.
Replace marine ply floor & lay vinyl flooring.
Fit new taps to bath & basin.
Replace wall mounted radiator with slightly larger one.
Repair / replace bath drain (drains slowly possibly due to sag in pipe)
Fit 'Outasight' shower screen
Most parts have been sourced though alternative recommendations are welcome.
Quote therefore required for labour only.

Another good job done by Justin (I've hired him before and will no doubt be doing so again in he future).
It was only a small refurbishment but now it seems like a new bathroom. As usual left the place clean & tidy.
