Job Description
Small cellar needs converting into habitable room, all electrics and plumbing to be tidied, walls and ceiling insulated and dry lined, electric box moved and refitted, small cupboards built, new lights to be fitted etc.

Frank and his team did a great job on my cellar. They were polite, clean and efficient. I can't really fault the work and the end result was what I expected. Frank is a friendly and trustworthy person and went about his business with the minimum of fuss. The great thing about Frank is that nothing was too difficult or too much trouble and he just gets on with it, unlike my experience of other builders who were always finding issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending him or any of his associates.
