Bathroom refurbishment (Central London) - MyBuilder

Location: Central London

We need a new bathroom as the old one is rather dated. It will require the removal of a lot of floor to ceiling tiles which is probably a day's work. We will need half a wall plastered and painted, and the rest tiled.

Re the floor: we would like the lino removed and the orginal wooden floor sanded and limed.

There will be some boxing and the removal and replacement of the shower. The suite needs to be replaced, and a new radiator put in. The bathroom fan needs replacing.

We are assuming we will buy tiles, etc from somewhere like B&Q but if you have a discount for better quality tiles and bathroom suites, please indicate in your quote.
