Bathroom retiling - Tiling job in Manchester, Lancashire

Hi

I'd like quote for a job i have at my flat in central Manchester.

I want to re-tile my bathroom which is approximately 2mx2m square, with a full bath, shower over the bath, wall mounted WC and a counter top sink.

I want to replace the existing tiles with a more modern look and replace the floor. In addition I would like to reconstruct the counter (which is built in) where the sink and WC are attached and attach a fixed shower screen over the bath. I will also want to affix a large mirror to the wall above the sink.

I will probably source the tiles myself (although i am open to suggestions) and just need the work doing.

Specifically i would like to do the following:

Re grout the tiling up the walls.
Re build counter with sink and built in toilet to provide a 1 height counter top.
Fit new counter top
Re tile floor and up the front of the counter (approx 3.5m sq in total)
Replace bath panel with solid tiling (remove and replace glass access panels, provide alternative method of access).
Affix custom cut mirror to wall above sink and counter top. (mirror will be pre cut, can be drilled for holes if necessary – fixing over top of existing tiles)
Hang new shower screen

possibly:

Affix and connect new extractor fan
Build and install small shelving system
Some general minor repairs and retouching elsewhere.

I will be sourcing large items – mirror, screen, tiles etc. I will be looking for advice for adhesives and grouts (must be anti mould, bright white grout). Any trade discounts that can be offered will be appreciated (mainly B&Q).

Please provide a rough estimate of how much you think you could do the labour for and be available to come and take a look and provide a more accurate quote when you have seen the bathroom . I can let you view the bathroom in the evenings.
