Job Description
Repair work required on a range of areas throughout the property, including repointing small areas, brick repair and window sill repair. Please see the attached photos for examples of the work.
Property is Victorian (circa 1880s) and has had some repointing and brick cleaning work already completed prior to us purchasing the house. Some of the work is on the first floor and in the loft space.
We would like the successful tradesman to inspect the entire property and advise any additional areas not already identified.
Any quotes provided following inspection, should include both labour and materials.

I cannot recommend Sean and his team highly enough. They were very professional, hard working and tidy, whilst also doing a high quality job on our repointing. Sean also provided us with very sound advice with different options whenever we needed to make a decision throughout the job. We've already asked Sean to quote on some additional work on our place...says it all really!
