Job Description
Our shower is leaking and needs fixing, but we're not sure just what the cause of the leak is. We've noticed a loose tile above the tray, but that isn't the only problem; we think one of the drainage pipes must also be leaking, judging by the size and position of the leaks on our living room ceiling (below the shower).

Mike and Pat did a great job with our leaking shower. What started out as a leaking shower and need for re-tiling turned into a much more involved job than we'd ever imagined, but that was entirely the fault of the Barratt tradesmen (and I'm using that term in the loosest sense possible) who originally fitted our bathroom.
Mike and Pat kept us up to speed throughout, giving us options and consequences so we could make the right decision.
The end result is good, given what they had to work with, and they've been very helpful since then, when we've had a couple of little niggles. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
