Job Description
The house is in West Watford and is an Edwardian 4-bedroomed semi-detached; we are moving in sometime around the middle of January and we want laminate flooring (which we will provide, together with fibreboard underlay) laid in all 4 of the bedrooms and the upstairs landing. The room sizes are: main bedroom - 4.24m x 3.71m, bedroom 2 - 3.05m x 2.95m, bedroom 3 - 3.12m x 2.69m, and bedroom 4 - 2.26m x 2.08m. I do not have exact measurements for the landing but I would say roughly 1.5m x 3m.
Please could you give a rough idea of how much you would charge, how long it would take and how much notice you would need to do the job. Ideally, we would like the work started as soon as we complete on the house.
