Job Description
We are looking for an architect\technologist to design an extension to our one bedroom semi detached bungalow. We intend to extend the existing lounge from 16 ft x 8ft to 20 ft x 8ft, add one bedroom 10ft x 14ft, with ensuite WC and shower cubicle. The architect will submit detailed drawings for planning permission and building regulation application.

Roy visited my property during the first week of January and gave useful advise. He promised that the draft plans would be emailed to me at the end of the second week in January. Then he went quiet. After several phone calls and leaving messages on this site he made contact with one line email that the draft plans would be sent the next day. This was seven days ago and I have not heard from him or received the draft plans. I need to get on with the job so I am giving the work to another tradesman. My advice is that if you are in a hurry to get plans drawn for planning permission then DO NOT employ Roy.
