Job Description
Full conversion
Architectural drawings completed and with local authority/building regs now
Staircase will be required too
It will be a dormer - with one big window and one small window at the top of the stairs. Also two velux windows on the other side.
A small bathroom too
On top of this we have a family bathroom that needs a complete refit
There are other jobs about the house that need doing too that can be discussed on a job by job basis (we need to get this big cost out of the way before we decide on how our other money is spent) but would preferably be considered as a one-job-lot and so priced up as a whole. Obviously a chat first is needed!

Stefan is a very nice guy, and very professional.
We got a fair few quotes and he instantly stood out from the pack with his knowledge of building regs necessities and advice.
It helped that he was incredibly competitive on pricing too.
His jobs, particularly the loft conversion, have been to a high standard and he always tidies up after himself too. On occasion he's gone beyond what was necessary and I will definitely be telling my friends to get him round for jobs they may have on their homes.
