Building a Garden room on an existing garage and knocking through wall at the back of the garage with steps down into the garden room. Garden room 4800 * 3600 added to the existing garage which is 4700 long and 2800 wide. The garden will have two timber framed folding patio doors, one on the side which will be 3600 and one on the back 2400. Existing garage roof is felt and will be removed. A pitch roof of EPDM will replace the felt and be pitch from the front of the garage right to left. A roof light will be on the existing garage roof. Also the enttrance to the garage will be blocked up. The extension to the garage will be cavity wall block work. Some other dimensions as follows:Roof 30m2
