Job: Render external walls of front and side of house. The finish should be a smooth render painted white.
The house is currently white painted brick, with the exception of the timber cladding that covers the front 1st floor. This needs to be removed. The house is around +45yr old and a rough est. of the area to be rendered is 40sq m2.
Tradesman must have examples of similar job and have client references.
