Cellar covertion - Groundwork & Foundations job in Gravesend, Kent

This is the second time that Nick has carried out work for me and once again I have been very pleased with the end result.
There was a substantial amount of clearence to be done,before the process of digging out the cellar could commence. This was carried out swiftly and Nick immediatley commenced lowering the floor, this proved harder than expected because of the flint/chalk nature of the ground - in fact Nick finally removed 3 skips worth of debris. Despite putting the job back, Nick pulled out all the stops and rapidly completed the laying of the membrane and concrete floor.
Once the floor had gone off the ceiling was boarded and the stud walls installed, complete with insulation.
At this stage the external cellar access was capped off and air bricks installed.
With no delay the job was completed by walls and ceilings being plastered to a very high standard.
The job was completed on time and to budget, mainly due to Nick's effective management of the budget and constant communication with myself.
As previously, I was more than happy to allow Nick access to my property in my absence. The team that Nick brought along were also all very good workers.
I would not hesitate to recommend Nick to anybody for both the excellent end result and upfront/honest approach to the way he works.
