Job Description
Kitchen: remove cladding, replace lead water pipe, level floor, prep walls and roof. Skim walls and roof. Tile floor. Possible fitting of new kitchen.
Bathroom: remove cladding. Remove shower and extend shower enclosure. Fit new shower. Tile floor to ceiling. Fit new bathroom suite.
Bedroom 1: remove fitted wardrobe. Reinstate alcoves. Prep walls and ceiling and skim. Possible fitting of new built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: remove fitted wardrobe. Prep Walls and ceiling and skim. Possible fitting. Of new built in wardrobes.
Hall: remove wall paper. Prep Walls and ceiling and skim.
Living room: remove fireplace , surround and hearth. Strip paper. Plasterbord where requires. Prep walls and ceiling and skim. Strip floorboards.
Plus a few other sundry tasks.

Paul was removed from this job after 4 weeks and 5K spent. Very very poor quality of work, (when anyone turned up) and it has cost me an additional 8K so far to have things brought to an acceptable standard. I can provide photos, video, recorded conversations and diary of events, which may well save the hassle and heartache we had at the hands of Paul build. In addition to not returning my house keys, a multitude of tools, and a brand new microwave were removed from my property. Currently taking legal action to reclaim our losses. If you love your house, think twice before letting these guys in.
