Location: London, Islington

Hallway, Stairs and Kitchen renovation.

Hallway:
Take up current wooden floor boards.
Insulate and lay 18mm WBP Plywood then 18mm hardwood Walnut floor.
Remove dado rail and rework walls and ceiling. Paint walls and ceiling.
Fit new light.

Stairs:
Renovate 3 flights of stairs and prepare for carpet to be laid.
Replace old balustrades and spindles with new.

Kitchen:
Take out all current fittings and remove current wall and ceiling wooden panelling.
Take up current laminate floor and original timber floor.
Remove chimney breast and expose brick wall where chimney breast was.
Dispose of waste / skip hire.
Re-plaster remaining walls and ceiling.
Replace current light fittings with ceiling spot lights.
Lay sound insulation, level floors, lay18mm wbp plywood subfloor and 18mm hardwood walnut floor. (Walnut timber provided.)
Rework gas plumbing for stand alone gas range and oven.
Rework water plumbing to accommodate water / ice dispensing fridge / freezer.
Prepare all plumbing for installation of new kitchen.
Replace current sliding door with internal wall sliding door.
Restore / replace current sash window.
Replace old radiator. (Radiator provided.)
Prepare for installation of fan powered range hood.
Prepare for installation of new kitchen furniture and appliances.
Corgi, nic eic certificates required.
