Job Description
Hi,
Have just had an offer accepted for a former Methodists Church.
My partner and i want a mezzanine floor in part of the former chapel area (12mx9.5m).
In addition we may want to extend the footprint of the building so as to connect the schoolroom and chapel.
Can you give me costs for drawings etc?
We would also be interested in you coming to the site to give some possible ideas on layout.
I do not know when we will exchange yet or if there are any restictions with regards to having a look at the property to measure up etc.
We would however like to proceed asap.

For people who are new to dealing with building control and planners and given the type of development (church conversion) i can obviously say we were daunted with the whole project.
James took us through the process, liazed with building control, various conservationists and planners and filled in the convoluted mind numbing paperwork!
He helped us every stage of the way and queries or questions put forward by us were too idiotic for him!
Would definitely recommed to friends and family and if we took on another development project he would be our first port of call. - mp1101 6th Jul, 2012
