Replace 2 sheets of chipboard flooring under bath(water leak)
Fit new Bath, sink and toilet.
Tile floor (2300 x 2100) porcelain tiles are 600 x 300
Tile walls Porcelain tiles are 600 x 300. (2300 high walls)
Box in waste pipe in corner of bathroom
Paint ceiling
Fit mirror, towel rail, toilet roll holder, toothbrush holder

I have already removed the tiles off the walls and the floor covering
