Job Description
Lay new stone path (approx 2m x 1.2m) and build new step to front door. Lay approx 4 sqm of stone paving to garden tap and power-point.
Level ground using sleepers to create square lawn (approx 4 sqm) and build retaining walls for elevated border, also from sleepers, approx 6 sq m.
Excavate existing tree stump.
Excavate remaining ground, lay membrane and level with gravel/cobbles.
We have a scale plan and would like the work completed before February.

Doug renovated our small front garden, building a step and laying a stone path, levelling and laying a lawn and other minor building works. He responded to the advert quickly, provided a quick quote, which was competitive but not the cheapest, and was able to start the work quickly. He was also local and established for over 20 years which swayed our decision.
The job was completed quickly, to a very high standard and communication with Doug was excellent. He delivered the project on time and on budget, despite accommodating some minor changes as we went along.
I would definitely use him again.
