reconfigure downstairs loo (currently loo and shower) and build new en-suite to master bedroom also adding partition wall (currently open plan upstairs lounge) Couple of tidying jobs ie boxing in electrics
Plumbing and building skills
taking out numerous spollights, filling holes and skimming
