Ground floor extension and kitchen refurbishment - Extensions job in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire

Job Description

Ground floor extension to rear of house with kitchen refurbishment. Extended area will cover approximately 2 meters by 4 and will have an internal wall seperating the kitchen from the dining area. There is a door between these areas already, but we may want it moved.

There will be both a kitchen door and a french window.

It will include demolishing a side wall and moving the garden gate. I would also like the roof to be sloping.

There will need to be some internal pipe working, but no extra electrics or heating needs providing.

We would like the work to be done as soon as possible due to an expanding family! Obviously we expect that short listed tradesmen will need to visit first before submitting full tenders.
