Did a good job of installing a hob and providing a gas safety certificate. James is highly personable and provided some good tips and advice whilst doing the job. However, he did promise to send a colleague to finish off the work on the radiators and despite calling several times and leaving 2 voicemail messages, he has failed to return my calls.
