Job Description
Demolish existing annex and extend existing house at rear. With part double, part single storey extension.

Hoping to start early November - Plans have now been recommended for approval by the Chief Planning Officer @ Redbridge - just awaiting for the planning committee meeting - 20th Oct - to confirm.
Initially just looking for a quote based on completion up to first fix and plastering out.
Structural calculations are being completed and should be available soon.
Happy to email the proposed plans upon request.

The main work involved a substantial extension across two large 4/6 bed Victorian houses, the size/scale of which appeared to worry other builders, but Ben and his team @ Princes Construction took it in their stride.
From the moment they started work, they were absolutely professional, efficient and well-organized in their approach. The standard of the work has been outstanding, completed swiftly without sacrificing quality and all done with the minimum of fuss.
Most importantly Ben maintained excellent communication throughout, providing valuable advice, expertise and updates at all key stages of the build, while being contactable throughout to answer any other questions.
We can’t thank them enough, and you cannot underestimate the incredible contribution they’ve made to ensuring that our home is now the envy of all who visit. It’s been a relief to have finally found a decent builder, we’d highly recommend Ben and his team @ Princes Construction and would definitely use again on any future build.
