Job Description
My lounge ceiling is approx 22 sq m, and artexed. A few years ago, a leaking roof caused some water damage, resulting in some (fairly small) sagging bits, stains and holes. (The leaky roof was repaired at the time.)
I now want the ceiling made "good", as we are decorating the lounge.
"Good" could mean just repairing the damaged bits, plastering the entire ceiling smooth, re-artexing it, or replacing the whole thing, depending on what is possible / cost effective.
If you can give quotes for each possible way the ceiling can be fixed, that would be good.
It would be ideal if this work could be carried out starting October 13th or as soon as possible thereafter.

Photo shows one example of the damage. There are another couple of similar areas on the ceiling.
