We recently had the main part of our house rewired and now require the kitchen and bathroom, both in a rear single-storey extension, to also be rewired to NICEIC standards.
Lighting: Outside 3 lights, Kitchen 2 ceiling lights, Toilet 1 ceiling light, Hall 1 ceiling light, Bathroom 2 ceiling lights.
Sockets: Outside 1 socket , Kitchen 11 double sockets, Bathroom shaver socket, Hall 1 double socket.
Appliance FCUs: Double oven, Kitchen extractor fan hood, Central heating system, Bathroom extractor fan.
The previous electrician laid spare cables from the new consumer unit under the stairs to the kitchen, so no floorboards should need lifting.
I plan to purchase all the light fittings, surface sockets and switches prior to this work taking place. You'll need to provide all cable, knockout boxes and fuses.
I plan to decorate straight after so there's no need to make good any plaster/tile damage.
