Small Kitchen/Lounge extension (Hoddesdon) - MyBuilder
Need a price for a smal dinner/lounge extension, please see plans.
Jobs needed will be to dig footings (approx 3m by 3m and min1m deep) brickwork to tie in with existing walls. As you can see their will be a patio door fitted on the front wall (already paid for so please don't quote for), then we will need the current flat roof removed and replaced with a sloping roof with 2 window lights. There is access to the side of the house but not wide enough for any mechanical diggers etc. Skips will be provided for by me ,as and when needed.
