This job has been cancelledI need an extractor fan installing in the kitchen and the bathroom. No fans currently exist so holes need to be made through to exterior etc. I also need some exterior re-pointing/patchwork. The area to be done is about a foot sq in total. I also need some additional sub-floor ventilation to the exterior in order to help eradicate a condensation issue. This may involve some digging out and installing ventilation bricks.
Customer has no preference whether the quote includes materials
