Fully rewire our Victorian house while causing a minimum of damage to baseboards and floorboards and a minimum of mess. To be completed in October 2011. Please include in quote availability for start, estimated duration of job, number of people who would be working on site, whether we would need to vacate the house during work, and preferably itemized quote.

DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE
-3-storey Victorian house plus cellar and attic
-approx 1922 sq. ft/179 sq. m excluding cellar and attic
-Kitchen, double-reception, 2 x toilet rooms, 2 x bathrooms, 4 x bedrooms
- No carpets
- Floorboards are NOT tongue-and-groove - just straight nailed down.
-House is inhabited but with limited furniture and no children or elderly

-Fully rewire our Victorian house while causing a minimum of damage to baseboards and floorboards and a minimum of mess.
-The house is inhabited but could be vacated for the duration of the rewiring job.
-For information: The plaster will be reskimmed and house redecorated following the rewiring, but the rewiring should cause a minimum of damage.
