I have approved plans for a double side and rear extension. The job has been started but not finished. The shell has been erected but no new roof has been started.
The material is Blocks, which will need rendering and partly stone for the 1st level- this has been undertaken.
The plans are available for potential builders. The final product should result in a groundfloor extra reception room, extended kitchen+ utility and downstairs shower room. The second floor will result in 2 further bedroom (one to include en-suite).
