We have a victorian terrace house that we want to build into the side return with a single story extension.

- The area of the extension is approx 9ft (2740mm) by 6ft (1830mm).
- The side return is currently concreted so that will have to be removed before a new floor is layed.
- The new floor will have to be poured for the whole width of the house to level out the rear as there is a slight step down to current kitchen.
- The mains sewage is located at the back of the property.
- Approx 2.5m high wall to side.
- Extension to match existing london brick.
- 2 Velux windows to be fitted.
- Flooring to be large inside/outside tiles in whole kitchen area.
- Aluminum Concertina Doors to rear approx width of 2500mm (Client to Pay).
- Old exterior lavatory to be rebuilt as door is to be changed from side to back.
- Old exterior lavatory needs to be re-slated.

Walls marked red on main photo have walls above them.

Please quote for shell, so pipework for water/drainage/gas and electrics. We have separate kitchen installers.
