Job Description
Remove/ clear from the site all existing internal wall and ceiling rendering, all redundant fixtures and fittings, including existing sanitary fittings and existing kitchen units and appliances, existing water pipes, existing electric cables, existing ventilation shoots and all other redundant pipes and services. Including existing staircase in hall area.

Dean and his team did a great job for me on a total strip out of a property. The property covered 2,000 sq feet and entailed clearing the site completely of all rubbish/rubble, demolishing internal walls, removing plaster wall and ceilings and clearing pipe work and drainage system.
They were punctual, worked hard and did extra work on top of what they were contracted to do.
The team were very hard working and the job was completed very professionally and I am going to use South East Clearances again on my next strip out in a few weeks time. I would highly recommend them. - mattwilko 21st Oct, 2011
