Move radiator (737 Fulham Road) - MyBuilder

I am looking to move a radiator from one wall to another. in the floor plans provided, the boiler is at (A), the radiator is currently at (B) and the desired new location is at (C). we are also getting a new floor put down so damage to the current floor is not a problem. one of the pics shows where the boiler is located, it is a combi. the other pic shows the current radiator and the wall where i want it to go.

I am also looking to get the boiler raised up the wall it is on, by about 50 cm, to make way for a fridge to be installed below it.
