I have a 2-bed flat that needs tidying up and finishing a s previous builder walked out on job not knowing what he was doing. It is finishing some partition walls, putting laminate flooring throughout flat, cleaning and filling where kitchen units have been placed, sanding and painting windows outside flat and some other painting work. Work should be 5-6 days just bringing flat up to renting standard.
A gas safety and electric certificate would be a bonus too.
