Job Description
Lower ground floor has a damp problem that needs resolving before the area can be used. The lgf has 2 rooms (14'11 by 14"2, and 17"5 by 11"8) a utility area and hallway so it's a large area that needs treating.
If you're interested in providing a quote please advise your availability for Thursday or Friday this week (28 &29) for coming to view.
An initial "ball park" quote would be liked upon viewing followed by a detailed written quotation.
We are looking for this work to be undertaken asap.
