James did the job quickly and efficiently and at a good price. He clearly explained the features of our boiler so we knew what all the dials etc meant, as well as fixing the problem and checking that all the radiators were working effectively. He suggested other work we might want to consider with some rough prices, but didn't give us the hard-sell. He also threw in a gas safety certificate. Would definitely recommend and use again.
