Job Description
Our 2-year-old Keston C36 Combi boiler often shuts down with the 'overheat' error code (E03). This began about 2-3 weeks ago, and now happens pretty much every day, sometimes more than once, usually when hot water is being used (e.g. showering, dishwashing).
Our water usage is exactly the same as before. The boiler pressure is stable around 1.0, and there are no obvious leaks.
One unusual thing about this boiler is that it often, but not always, heats the towel rail in the bathroom when hot water is being used. We have observed that the boiler overheat mostly happens when the towel rail is cold.
Can someone help, please?
