Job Description
Tiles are by johnsons tiles each tile measures 597mm x 297mm, and are to be laid in a brick pattern formation on both the floor and walls. walls are new plasterboard which has been primed already. floor is marine grade plywood. adhesive, grout, trims and spacers are already purchased.
perfect circle holes expected around plumbing fittings, as no appliances or radiators are currently fitted, similarly l shaped corners and around shaver outlet etc are expected to be cut precisely (no breaking tiles with unsightly grout lines in the middle!)

Cannot recommend highly enough. Nice clean job. Steve advised us on the best adhesives and grouts to buy to get the best finish....(don't buy bags of loose powdered adhesive for your tiler as although they are cheaper to buy, the labour cost will go up as they have to spend more time mixing them up with water rather than laying your tiles!) Steve also recommended laying the tiles in a 70/30 brick formation rather than 50/50, and the result is absolutely stunning. When we refit our loo in the future, definately having Steve back to do the job....can't wait!
