Listing endedExisting lights, the size of side plates, need removing, the hole making good and new lighting installed, then the artexed ceiling rendered smooth. The room is 23.5 feet by 14.5 feet. The adjoining dining room ceiling (approx. 12ft square) is also artexed and could be included in the job. No lights in this ceiling. Naturally I would like this done a.s.a.p. but the dates above are not binding
Customer has no preference whether the quote includes materials
