We have obtained full planning permission to convert a large roof space above a double garage and connect this area to our house via an internal stair case. We are planning to have a large room and a bathroom in the new space. The property is located in Datchet, Berkshire.

Dax Building did a fantastic job of our loft conversion. This was a big job converting the loft above a double garage and creating a link to the main house. The job was completed 1 week ahead of schedule and exactly on the agreed budget. There were no issues with any changes of scope and the prices for changes and extra was fair!
