kitchen tap or pipe leaking under sink - one tap
might need tightening and a replacement washer
i need to quote first - so someone local and reliable would be good.
not a big job - but will keep you on file
as a plumber - we have 10 houses here and i am putting a list together of tradesmen that houses can use when needed - with a good reputation+fair price.
