Installing new bathroom, to include plumbing, electrics & tiling (Croydon) - MyBuilder

Dimensions: 172x170cm wide, 242cm tall. Remove wall tiles. Make good plaster. Remove cork tiles on floor. Remove current bath suite & shower & take away. Install bath, shower, sink, toilet & taps. Shower to become a separate unit (not electric), controls to be flush (current electric shower not working). Set in pipes for new half pedastal sink. Remove radiator & set pipes in wall for new towel rail. Install Towel Rail & use electrics, so that it can also be switched on when heating is off. Lay underfloor heating & wire in electric thermostat. Tile floor (marble). Tile all walls & window sill with tiles (one window). Tiles to be floor to ceiling. Walls to include a mosaic border. Box in soil pipe. Bath panel to be made of waterproof MDF. To be fitted with magnets, to utilise the space under the bath for storage. Tile bath panel & boxing with mosaic tiles
Fit showerscreen. Wire in a shaving point. Replace Extractor Fan. Replace ceiling & re-fit 6x spotlights (flush in ceiling)
Earth all pipework. Lights are working intermittently so wiring to be checked for lose connections & amended. Install 2 airbricks. Install 3x mirror cabinets on one wall, toilet roll holder, towel holder & one shelf above sink. Paint ceiling. Replace door & architrave & fit handle & lock. Floor tiles to be cut (in half) & used at base of walls instead of skirting board.


Other work for Electrician: Make good wiring for 4x lights (one bedroom, one in loft, two outside lights). Install 8 double electric sockets in bedroom. Install outdoor socket
General check of all electrics in the house prior to laying any carpets (hall & landing currently carpeted).


Other work for Plumber: To move 2 radiators & check a 3rd that has stopped working.
