Preparing 2 bed lower ground flat for damp proof
posted 1 year, 7 days ago by: scabbie Renlon are doing the actual damp proofing work as its under guarantee, but we need a builder to prepare the flat for them. Renlon will meet with you to dicuss what needs doing beforehand but this meeting needs to be next week at the latest. It will involve:
removing and replacing skirtingboards and radiators and a few other fittings such as curtain rails
Involves the living room, 2 bedrooms, hallway and ktichen (thankfully not behind the cupboards)
Cutting existing and replacing wooden floorboards
